Their new site is more aesthetically pleasing since they removed a bunch of non-essential text. It also makes it easier to navigate. They also have a side by side comparison of the top 3 hosting plans that is very simple and basic but has the option to expand each category section into all the information you need, along with several points you can just hover over for more detail. A couple things that stood out for me that IX webhosting offers that many of the others do not is dedicated IP addresses and free domain registrations. Their 3.95 expert package comes with 1 free domain registration and 1 free dedicated IP address. Their $6.45 Business Plus package (most popular) comes with 2 domain registrations and 8 free dedicated IP addresses. All of them offer unlimited space, transfer, domains, and are ecommerce ready.
Another great feature is they have their own data center and their web hosting customer support call center is right here in the good ole USA.
